ICM’s Work
Are you a missions organization? Do you send missionaries?
We are a missions organization focused on empowering local and indigenous pastors and church planters within the countries where we serve. We do not send missionaries, but ICM employees regularly travel to visit our ministry partners worldwide.
Where does ICM work?
ICM works in the 10/40 Window, and many of our church projects are among unreached people groups. We partner with indigenous ministries in 103 (and counting!) countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. See the scale of our global impact in this video.
Who are your global partners? How can I become a global partner?
We partner within local networks of churches, denominations, and organizations. If you represent a local church, we’ll connect you to our network partner within your country. To learn more and get started, please contact us.
Who builds your churches? What do they look like?
ICM works directly with indigenous ministry partners to identify congregations in need of a permanent church structure. Together with your investment, we supply funding for the materials. Our ministry partners work with the local congregations to design the plans, provide the land, and volunteer the labor. No two churches are the same. Every church fits into the culture and needs of the congregation. Plus, the church building belongs to the local congregation, not ICM.
Do you provide discipleship materials I could use with my family/small group/church?
Of course! Foundations is ICM’s complete, easy-to-understand devotional survey of the Bible. It’s used by believers in 185 countries and has been translated into 66 languages.
Foundations is divided into several courses, each delivered in audio and video formats that can be streamed or downloaded. Please learn more about Foundations here.
