For forty years, God has worked through ICM and faithful indigenous ministry partners to establish healthy churches, equip leaders, and share the hope of Christ in communities around the world.
BEYOND is an invitation to gather, remember, worship, and look forward. Throughout the weekend, you will meet ministry partners, experience the global Church, hear stories of lives transformed, reconnect with friends, and discover how God continues to multiply the work of His Church.

Rosser Center Tours 2:00 - 4:00 PM
Begin your BEYOND weekend with a guided tour of the Rosser Center and see where ICM's global ministry is supported every day. Meet members of the ICM team, explore the spaces that help connect donors and ministry partners, and gain a behind-the-scenes view of the people, tools, and resources that support church development and discipleship around the world.

An intimate welcome gathering for special invitation guests, anniversary sponsors and international ministry partners. Enjoy meaningful conversation, renew friendships, and begin the weekend by connecting personally with those who are helping shape ICM's next chapter.

Coffee & Conversation: ICM Ministry Update 9:00 AM
Start the day with coffee and an engaging update on ICM's ministry around the world. Hear where the work is growing, how partnerships are deepening, and what opportunities lie ahead as ICM continues pursuing the vision of a healthy church within walking distance of everyone in the world.
Global Church Village Experience 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Experience the mission of ICM like never before. Travel the world without leaving ICM as you explore the Global Church Village, where regional environments, field photography, stories, cultural displays, and personal conversations with ministry partners bring the global Church to life.
Throughout the Open House, guests can attend Global Voices panel presentations featuring ministry partners from around the world, offering firsthand perspectives on God's work across each region. You'll also have the opportunity to take a guided tour of the Rosser Center, gaining a behind-the-scenes look at the people, technology, and resources that equip indigenous ministry leaders around the globe.
Whether you're a longtime supporter, attending with family or your church, or experiencing ICM for the first time, the Open House is designed to let you explore at your own pace, ask questions, and discover the diversity, unity, and impact of the global Church.
Global Voices Session 1: Europe & Asia 10:00 AM
Hear directly from ministry partners serving throughout Europe and Asia as they share the realities, opportunities, and remarkable ways God is working in their regions. Through personal stories and ministry insights, guests will gain a deeper understanding of how local leaders are building healthy churches and reaching their communities with the Gospel.
Global Voices Session 2: Africa & Latin America 10:45 AM
Continue the global journey through stories from ministry partners serving across Africa and Latin America. This conversation will highlight the faith, resilience, and local leadership driving church growth and discipleship in communities where a healthy church can transform generations.

Join us for an exciting conversation from New York Times Best-Selling Author, Ellen Vaughn, where she will be talking about her latest book What Jesus Started.
Smart & Powerful Giving Workshop 11:30 AM
Explore practical ways to make your generosity more strategic and impactful. Presented by Barnabas Foundation, this workshop will introduce tax-wise and legacy giving approaches that can help individuals and families support the ministries they care about while stewarding their resources thoughtfully.
Living Stones Luncheon 12:30 PM
A special luncheon honoring members of ICM's Living Stones Legacy Society and celebrating the lasting impact of planned and legacy gifts. Guests will enjoy fellowship, ministry updates, and a meaningful look at how faithful generosity can strengthen the global Church for generations to come.

The signature celebration of the BEYOND weekend. Join ICM friends, ministry partners, and supporters for an elegant evening of worship, powerful storytelling, global connection, and gratitude for 40 years of God's faithfulness. Together, we will honor the people and partnerships that have shaped ICM's story and look with faith toward the work still ahead.
Individual tickets are $150. Tables and sponsorship opportunities are available.

Morning Prayer Gathering 9:00 AM
Begin the final day of BEYOND in prayer. This intimate gathering will create space to thank God for His faithfulness, pray for ministry partners and the global Church, and seek His direction for the work ahead.
Commissioning Worship Service 10:00 AM
The weekend will culminate in a powerful worship service celebrating the global Church and commissioning ministry partners for the work ahead. Through worship, Scripture, prayer, and stories from the field, we will remember that the mission continues far beyond this weekend and that each of us has a role in helping strengthen Christ's Church around the world.

Sponsorships help underwrite the experiences that will bring supporters and ministry partners together while connecting your organization or family with ICM's global mission.
Sponsorship opportunities may include recognition, event access, guest seating, hospitality benefits, and select opportunities to engage with attendees. Final benefits should be presented clearly by sponsorship level.

We want your BEYOND experience to be welcoming and easy from the moment you arrive. Use this section to find the practical information you need to plan your visit.
Airport information and approximate travel times
- Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (PHF) - About 4 miles away; roughly a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic.
- Norfolk International Airport (ORF) - About 25 miles away; roughly 30-45 minutes by car.
- Richmond International Airport (RIC) - The farthest of the three commonly used options, at roughly 75 miles; typically over an hour's drive depending on traffic.
Extend Your Trip
ICM is located directly beside Virginia's Historic Triangle, which will be marking the 250th Anniversary of the United States during this season. Guests may wish to explore historic sites, museums, and special commemorations throughout the area.

We look forward to welcoming you for a weekend of worship, global connection, storytelling, and celebration. Event details remain subject to change.
Do I need to register for each event?
Yes. Please select each weekend experience you plan to attend so ICM can prepare appropriately. If you already purchased a Gala ticket or confirmed another event, you do not need to register for that event again.
Can I attend only part of the weekend?
Absolutely. Attend the experiences that work best for your schedule. Invitation-only, membership-specific, and ticketed events remain limited to eligible guests.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Advance registration is strongly encouraged. Walk-ins may be accommodated at free public events. The Gala requires a purchased ticket, and invitation-only events require confirmation.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket or confirmation email?
No. Your name will be on the event list based on your registration.
Can my spouse or another guest attend?
Spouses and guests are welcome at most weekend events. Please include every attendee in your registration so each person appears on the appropriate event lists.
Can I bring someone who is new to ICM?
Yes! The weekend—especially the Global Church Village—is a wonderful way to introduce friends and family to ICM. Invitation-only events are still subject to the guest's invitation or sponsor benefits.
Where is the weekend being held?
Events will take place at the Rosser Center for Global Church Development, 99 Old Oyster Point Road, Newport News, Virginia 23602.
Where should I park?
Complimentary parking is available on site at the Rosser Center. Please follow event signage and volunteer directions when you arrive.
Where do I check in?
Guest check-in will be at the Welcome Tent. Event signage and volunteers will direct you to the appropriate area.
Is the Rosser Center accessible?
Yes. The event spaces are accessible. Guests with a specific accommodation need may contact the ICM Events team in advance so we can help make their experience comfortable.
Are children welcome?
Children and grandchildren are welcome at most weekend events and should be included in the registration. The Global Church Village will include child-friendly activities.
These are parent-attended activities, not drop-off childcare. A parent or guardian should remain with and be responsible for each child.
What should I wear?
Daytime events: casual to smart casual.
Gala: cocktail attire with optional colorful and global flair—cocktail dresses, dressy separates, suits, or jackets. Guests are welcome to add traditional attire, textiles, colors, or accessories celebrating their culture or heritage, but cultural elements are not required.
Sunday: church or smart casual.
Is the Global Church Village a seated program?
No. It is a festival-style, come-and-go experience. Explore regional environments at your own pace, meet international ministry partners, enjoy cultural displays and field stories, and choose the scheduled sessions you would like to attend. You do not need to stay for the full two and a half hours.
Will food be served?
Friday's Benefactor & Sponsor Reception will have heavy hors d'oeuvres, the Living Stones Luncheon will have a full lunch, and the Gala is a seated dinner. Light hospitality is planned with the Sunday worship service. Offerings vary by event.
How do I share a dietary restriction?
Dietary restrictions are collected during registration. If your needs change or you have a severe allergy, contact the ICM Events team before the weekend.
Will I be able to meet international ministry partners?
Yes. Personal conversation with ICM's ministry partners is intentionally woven throughout the weekend, especially during the Global Church Village and selected receptions.
Which events are ticketed or invitation-only?
- 40th Anniversary Gala — Saturday, October 24, 6:00–9:00 PM. A purchased ticket or confirmed sponsor/table seat is required. Seating is assigned.
- VIP Gala Reception — Saturday, October 24, 5:00 PM. Access depends on sponsorship, table-host benefits, or a separate invitation.
- Benefactor & Sponsor Reception — Friday, October 23, 5:00 PM. This is a special invitation event; general weekend registration does not include admission.
- Living Stones Legacy Society Luncheon — Saturday, October 24, 12:30 PM. Reserved for Living Stones members and invited guests.
I am a table host or sponsor. When are my guest lists due?
Final Gala guest lists are due October 14. Changes before the deadline should be sent to events@icm.org. After October 14, contact the Events team to ask what can be accommodated.
Where should I stay?
ICM's hotel room blocks are at capacity. Guests may book independently at one of the many hotels near the Rosser Center. The following 3- and 4-star options are within approximately five miles of ZIP code 23602. They are provided for convenience and are not official overflow blocks; rates and availability are not guaranteed.
Hotel classifications vary by booking platform. Please confirm current rates, policies, amenities, and availability directly with the hotel before booking.
