Guest and Donor Relations Coordinator — Full Time, Newport News Office
Position Overview:
The Guest & Donor Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for guests, managing phone communications, and providing essential administrative support for various ministry operations. This multifaceted position is instrumental in maintaining a positive image for our organization while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our mission. The position advances the MA team’s work by managing the prayer letter process, executing mailings regularly, scanning and filing donor documents, and editing and preparing data for monthly donor updates. The position also assists with the donor update process when team members are out of the office.
