In 2006, ICM began building churches in the Philippines after establishing our first Church Growth Partnership there.  The churches underway are all in the north of the country above Manila.  Our Filipino church growth partner, Donald, is an extraordinary man of God; he has planted over 1,200 churches, remaining strong in his calling despite terrible persecution by Communist rebels and 17 attempts to kill him.
