An estimated 10,000 come to Christ each day in China, a country of 1.3 billion people.  Chinese congregations have built or have under construction 280 churches in thirteen provinces, thanks to the generous support of our donor partners.  The provincial church leaders would like to see an additional 200 church building projects completed and Mini Bible College materials distributed to 8,000 or more small groups by the end of 2011.

This is no small feat and can only be accomplished by our mighty God and through the faithful work of indigenous ministries supported by their government.

In February 2009, 1,800 small groups in China began using Mini Bible College materials to study the Bible in a systematic way.  Already, ICM has received reports about the strong impact these nurturing materials is making in the churches.  One pastor said, “During my studies, I always viewed Scripture from the standpoint of nurturing my congregants.  Now, I’m studying the Bible on a new level as I apply the Word to my own life!”
