The following stories of persecution were reported by ICM’s partners in Africa.
-On the grounds of a small church in Ethiopia behind a tall fence, sits a ramshakle building westerners would call a shed. But the congregation calls it the "persecution house." When a member of the fellowship is threatened, harassed or attacked because of their faith, they are invited to stay at the persecution house where they are fed, protected and prayed over by the pastor and congregation of an ICM church. Some families have lived there for up to six months.
-ICM was asked for additional funds from one church in Uganda so the church could purchase stronger windows and doors because they are frequently attacked by persecutors with bows and arrows.
