Thailand Trip

A visit to Chiang Mai, Thailand allowed the team to meet an active Christian businessperson, Rick Cruickshank. Rick, a fellow American from Colorado, felt the Lord leading him to spread his word in Thailand. So what did Rick do? He bought a home in Thailand and began using some of his finances from his business to begin supporting the Lord’s work in many ways. He and his family split their time between the United States and Thailand while they maintained the business and continued to use their good fortune to spread God’s word.

A specific group of people that Rick wanted ICM’s help with was the Karin people. For a long time these people were neglected, but their recent acceptance of the gospel has lead to a need for focus there. There are several sites for potential churches but we need to be in prayer that God will find the right person to oversee the construction of these sites.
