Radio Luz Broadcast

On February 24, 2009, ICM and the Spanish-speaking listeners of Radio Luz partnered together to raise funds for church building in Mexico, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic.  It was the first time ICM had ever partnered with the Latin American community in a sharathon and it was also the first time Radio Luz, a Salem affiliate founded about two years ago to serve the Spanish-speaking community in the U.S., had partnered with a ministry on their radio network.  The one-day sharathon reached seven states—Washington, Massachusetts, Florida, Georgia, Nebraska, Colorado, and California with hundreds of listeners responding to the opportunity to help family and friends have a place of worship and outreach in their mother countries.  We give God the glory for this wonderful opportunity and ask for your prayers that He continues to bless this new partnership.
