Northern India Church Outreach

A pastor of an ICM church in northern Indian reported the following positive figures concerning his church’s outreach efforts in the surrounding area.

Since the congregation started in 2001, the ICM church has planted 25 daughter churches in the nearby community. However, the church has planted 15 daughter churches in the year and a half since the church building was constructed. The church building has thus catalyzed the spread of the gospel in the surrounding area and gave further legitimacy to ths church. 20 leaders from this church are “always active” according to ICM’s partner and go village to village to pray to non-believers and spread the gospel in homes that have not heard of the Bible before. The leaders also use 5 MegaVoice units to assist their evangelistic efforts. The church currently has a congregation of approximately 700 members.
