Indonesian Church Planting

A recent trip to Indonesia showed ICM once again how the Lord is working in truly remarkable ways. A man and his co-workers work daily to bring people to know God as they have planted more than 200 congregations! Currently, many congregations are bursting with a need for churches to accommodate these growing numbers.

This man’s program also taught ICM a new form of outreach. The churches are not only used for worship but for Kindergartens as well. The man explained that getting the younger children involved is a great way to reach out to parents who begin to attend the church. This concept has grown to be an effective tool for outreach in the community.

These committed believers are also building many churches. Their meticulous, hard work is seen throughout the structure and landscape. The young pastors of these beautiful places of worship represent the endurance needed to continue the spread of God’s word.
