India: Unnao Life Center

In rural Uttar Pradesh, India, a relatively non-descript church is tucked away in the corner of a tiny one way street. Despite this hidden location, this church has had no small effect on the surrounding area.

Over two years ago, the church's pastor and 20 other individuals were worshipping the Lord in a small home outside of the city. However, these members began to spread the gospel in the streets and soon their congregation grew to 100. ICM saw this growth and eventually helped construct the church building in this town 23 months ago. The pastor now had an essential tool that he could utilize to bring others to the Lord. He began passionately evangelizing to nearby villagers and recruited individuals to join his efforts and accept the Lord. Catalyzed by the new church building, the “gospel spread like fire” and the number of believers in the entire area continued to multiply until reaching over 2400 today. This includes over 78 daughter churches that have been planted by this one church. However, the pastor and the 16 leaders underneath him are not content. Making use of ICM's Megavoice units, every leader continues to tirelessly spread the gospel each and every day. This is one of many examples illustrating the amazing Church growth in Northern India.
