During a recent field trip to Central Asia, senior field officer, Burt Reed, was able to further develop our partnership in this region. ICM has added another country to the three existing Central Asia countries partnering to build churches. Central Asia is a landlocked region, formerly part of Russia.
Our Central Asia partner tells us that 90% of the seven million inhabitants in this country are Muslim.
In 2006, ICM began partnering to build churches in Central Asia. For the safety of these people, we are unable to share specifics on their location and must refer to the multiple country region as “Central Asia”.
