One Sunday in Burkina Faso, a pastor learned that a visitor from ICM was coming in one week. Since his church was still under construction, he announced to his congregation that they needed to finish the church in time to dedicate it with the guest. At the time of his announcement, the church still had no roof and needed to be plastered and painted. Made up of mostly farmers, the believers gave up a week working on their crops and, by God's grace, completed the church in one week! On dedication day there were over 1000 people in attendance. Many people were forced to sit outside of the church; nevertheless, people still came to worship the Lord and express their gratitude for the wonderful new building.
