The 110-member Bumoli Church, located in the eastern region of Uganda, has been waiting nearly seven years for a church and is led by Pastor Godfrey. Uganda is a nation ravaged by HIV/AIDS, with some villages nearly wiped out by the disease. While the government is making progress in improving the standard of living, infant mortality continues to be high and the average life expectancy is 52. The Uganda government supports religious freedom, so the door to church building in this hurting nation is wide open! We give thanks to God for allowing us to be a part of building His Church in Uganda.
