Last year, ICM approved 242 new church construction projects throughout the regions of Europe and Asia.

We are happy to report that the Lord is blessing ministry outreach on both continents, with miraculous results. Three major areas, China, the former Soviet Union, and India serve as examples.
 
In China, we recognized the great need to expand the work, as our partners in that country estimated that 10,000 people are coming to Christ each day! Therefore, in 2009, we launched our Phase II China Initiative, with the goal of constructing 200 additional churches in 13 provinces by the end of 2011. To meet the incredible hunger for God’s word, ICM also launched the Targeted Mini Bible College in China, with 1,800 study groups underway. More than 6,000 additional groups are planned.
 
ICM partners in the former Soviet Union are also making a difference. Believers in that region have trained 50,000 people from 1,500 active churches, who, in turn, are reaching out to friends and neighbors with the Gospel in a unique way. Each believer received 10 gifts that included a Scripture calendar, the Gospel of Luke and a Bible coloring book for the children. As they share the gifts, it often opens the door for opportunities to share abut God’s love, bringing many to Christ. These new believers are then taught and invited into a TMBC small group.  
 
And in India, ICM committed to complete five Cluster Complexes by the end of 2012. Each complex will consist of 20 mother churches, 100 daughter churches, four learning centers served by a major learning resource center, which will be equipped with a library and Internet access.
 
By God’s grace and through the hard work and loyal support of ICM partners and donors, the ministry has been able to make a significant impact throughout China, India, Russia and 19 other countries of Europe and Asia. For the past 23 years, lives have been touched and transformed in the 2,097 sponsored churches that now stand as beacons of hope in that part of the globe.
